Matthew Hunt, CEO of StudioPlus Software (www.StudioPlusSoftware.com), and Stuart MacFaddin, CEO of PhotoOne Software (www.PhotoOneSoftware.com) recently announced that StudioPlus has acquired PhotoOne. According to the agreement, Hunt will remain CEO of the parent company, while MacFaddin will become the new Vice President of Online Solutions. StudioPlus pursued the acquisition so that its clients would have access to the very best solutions for business management, digital workflow and online solutions.
