Photography Workshop Tours in China

PhotoWorkShop China (818/343-6242, www.photoworkshopchina.com) will be hosting a Spring Photography Touring Workshop for serious photographers, April 14 to May 1, 2011. During the 18-day tour, participating photographers will meet with local photographers, photographic associations and photographic agencies while visiting Shanghai, Suzhou, Tongli, Zhu Jia Jiao, and Beijing. Workshop leaders will include noted photographers Larry M. Kushner and Michael J. Sugar, as well as a professional Chinese guide who will accompany the group to make sure arrangements run smoothly, and to conduct lectures on Chinese culture and history. Cost: $2699, which includes round-trip airfare from LAX, ground transportation, hotels, most meals and event admissions.
