Jill-e Designs (Orlando, FL, 888/445-4553, www.jill-e.com) has selected company co-founder Gail Backal to be the company’s new President. Backal was chosen to lead the company as it extends its product selections and markets from its core focus on professional-quality camera bags to fashionable, functional carry bags for a variety of customers. The company says it expects to see growth in excess of 40 percent this year after achieving significant expansion in 2010.
