Olympus (Center Valley, PA, www.olympusamerica.com) recently celebrated the 75th anniversary of Zuiko brand of lenses by showing the mock-up of a new high-end MICRO Four Thirds M.Zuiko single focal lens, which is currently being developed for launch later this year. Smaller and lighter than similar lenses, M.Zuiko lenses are equipped with Movie and Still Compatibility (MSC) function, which enables quick, smooth and silent autofocusing during movie recording. Seven different MSC lenses are currently offered from super-wide-angle to super-telephoto.
