U.K.-based photographer, Colin Roberts has been named the International Garden Photographer of the Year (IGPOTY), 2011, for his image of Widemouth Bay in Cornwall, as a beautiful sunset streams across the sea view, illuminating the flowers in the foreground. Other winners include American John Grant for Best Portfolio, and 15-year-old Jamie Unwin for Young Garden Photographer of the Year, sponsored by Calumet Photographic. Entries are now being accepted for the fifth IGPOTY competition, which has a closing date of November 30, 2011.
