The Associated Press (www.ap.org) and The New York City Police Museum (www.nycpm.org) are co-sponsoring a four-month long photography exhibition that honors all 9/11 first responders for their heroic service during and after the tragic events that took place September 11, 2001. The 10th Anniversary Exhibit, “9/11: A Uniform Response,” includes images taken by award-winning AP photographers depicting the morning of the attacks, the courageous response, and the long road to recovery. The exhibit will be on display at the police museum through January 16, 2012. More info: (www.nycpm.org)
