Mitsubishi Electric Visual Solutions America (Irvine, CA, 888-307-0388, www.mevsa.com) recently introduced the Mini Photobook Maker to the U.S. market. Starting with trial runs in several New York City pharmacies and select retail supermarkets in the Northwest, the Mini Photobook Maker lets users create and design compact photo books by incorporating images from Facebook or a digital media card. The new kiosk is designed to be an add-on service for photo retailers, bookstores, entertainment venues and convenience stores. Prices are expected to start at $4.99 per book.
