New Canon TTL Flash Trigger from Phottix

After 18 months of development and testing, Omegabrandess (Hampstead, MD, 410/374-3250, www.omegabrandess.com) and Phottix are now offering the Phottix Odin TTL Flash Trigger for Canon EOS digital cameras. The new system consists of an on-camera transmitter/control unit (TCU) and receiver units for compatible hot shoe flashes. Flashes are controlled in the traditional Canon TTL ratio modes A:B with EV +/- adjustments of three stops. Each system supports four wireless channels and three control group designations. Phottix TCU and Receiver sets are priced at $349 and $139, respectively.
