SanDisk Corporation (Milpitas, CA, www.sandisk.com) recently introduced the first product in a new category of devices that are designed for long-term data preservation using the company’s Chronolock solid-state storage technology. Currently available in 8GB and 16GB sizes, the new SanDisk Memory Vault connects to a computer’s USB port for easy drag-and-drop functionality. They are priced at $49.99 and $89.99, respectively.
