Winners of “I Want 10!” Announced!

I can’t believe it’s been almost a month since we got back from Vegas! I’ve been wanting to announce the winners of the “I want 10!” competition for a while now, but the decision has been too difficult.

First of all I want to thank everyone who participated, and to those who came to cheer on this great bunch! They all did such a fantastic job, and I had no idea it would be so hard to choose. For those of you who could not make it, take some time to get to know these guys, we’re going to be seeing a lot more of them in the future:

Phillip + Eileen BlumeHow to change the world while growing your business

Mike AllebachReinvention – learning to be a kid again

So who’s the winner?! They all are!

We actually have two winners:

Jaleel KingStoryteller’s Passion

Mike AllebachReinvention – learning to be a kid again

Why two? I felt they both had powerful messages, and a lot to offer from an educational standpoint, but I also knew they are friends; Mike shot one of Jaleel’s original films, and they often collaborate with each other. I asked them if they’d be comfortable presenting together, and discussing the mutual benefits to their businesses. Watching how they lift each other up and run their studios side-by-side has honestly been an inspiration to me. I’m also going to work closely with them and the other winners this year to help them become better speakers. Becoming an effective speaker takes some time, and I’m hoping to be able to be a positive force in their future.

Again, I want to thank all of you for doing such a great job!
