Sponsored Post: Tap’s Boutique Line for Today’s Photographers

By // February 25, 2014 // Posted in Sponsored Post, WPPI News

Google “Boutique Packaging for Photographers” and you’ll find quite a colorful collection of unique boxes, ribbons, belly bands, lace, burlap, etc. It’s no surprise that boutique packaging has become popular with photographers. In many ways, photographers are boutique themselves—specialized, personal and always going the extra mile to deliver an exceptional experience. Photographers are branded on their own unique esthetic, plus the look and feel of their products. And when you wrap up your photography as a product, it should continue to translate that same look and feel of your identity. Hence, the boutique-ification of photo packaging.

_MG_3308If you haven’t already heard,  Tap Packaging Solutions will launch a new line of premium boutique packaging designed specifically for photographers at WPPI 2014. The March launch will feature the first of three boutique packaging collections, the Organic and Chic Collection, which includes four colors, seven products and coordinating belly bands and tags. By this summer, Tap will expand to offer two more collections for a total of 13 colors, in each of the seven products, plus coordinating accessories.

_MG_3281Tap’s concept is simple: Make it easy for photographers to select the packaging they need in the colors and materials they want. More colors. Better materials. Competitive pricing. The line will be completely brand new. In fact, Tap’s marketing direct, Jordana Revella, says “We’re literally rolling this product directly from our manufacturing line to a truck and shipping it to Vegas!”

At the show, Tap will hand out a limited number of free starter kits to photographers who complete a quick survey online and then visit the Tap booth, #134. If you’re not one of the first 50 to claim the free starter kit, mention this blog post and receive a free kit—just pay shipping.

Tap will also kick off a contest to win a $500 gift certificate for the boutique line. To enter, simply photograph examples of how you’ve personalized Tap’s boutique packaging and send that photo to contact@tap-usa.com. Tap will share all photos on Pinterest or Facebook. At the end of April, one lucky photographer will be randomly selected to win a free $500 credit for Tap’s Boutique Packaging Line, good through August 31, 2014.

Don’t miss the launch of something new from Tap! Visit Tap’s booth at WPPI or visit Tap’s website photo.tap-usa.com after March 3 to check out the new line.
