Have you started planning your trip yet for Wedding Photography Select‘s (WPS) The Road to Excellence Photography Conference November 8 and 9 in Brighton, England? Darius Sutherland (who founded WPS in 2010) and partner Naomi Hyman (editor of sister site The Select Bride) are committed to bringing you inspirational workshops and talks that will help you push your creative boundaries and pump up your business.

“Wedding photography is all about self improvement and pushing yourself with each wedding you shoot,” says Sutherland. “In this competitive and saturated industry, you have to be better than the best to survive. Everyone can learn something from everyone else, so why not learn from the best?”

We are quite pleased to see Rf 30 Rising Star honorees Chris and Verity Sansom and The Twins (Kelly + Caroline) on the lineup. Other prominent speakers include wedding photographers Franck Boutonnet, Brian Callaway, Victor Lax, Cristiano Ostinelli, Damon Pijlman, Samo Rovan, VII photojournalist Jocelyn Bain Hogg and the legendary Martin Parr. (Oh, and did we mention that our very own Jacqueline Tobin will be speaking as well?).

The conference promises to be an incredible networking opportunity and a way to take your work to the next level. Or as the website blurb describes it:
