October is here and that means it’s almost time for our sister publication PDN’s PhotoPlus Conference + Expo (PPE). What better way to kick off the start of the show than by getting an exclusive deal and an amazing PPE giveaway?

If you’re not familiar with PPE, it’s North America’s largest photography and imaging show, held annually at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Center. This year, it will be held from October 19 to 22 and the trade show will include over 200 exhibitors displaying thousands of the latest products and services for you to touch, try and compare.

On the conference side, you can choose from over 100 educational seminars, Photo Walks and Master Classes to help you improve your craft, run a successful business and discover trends.

This year’s Keynote speakers include Mark Seliger, Graham Nash (of Crosby, Stills & Nash) and Cristina Mittermeier, to name just a few, and conference speakers will also include a notable group of photographers from WPPI including Susan Stripling, Vanessa Joy, Miguel Quiles, Brooke Shaden, Peter Hurley and many more. Rangefinder readers can get FREE expo passes now by using the marketing code RFWPPI.

Now—drumroll, please—on to the big giveaway: Rangefinder Facebook fans can enter for their shot to win a Full Conference Pass (valued at $599!). Three lucky winners will receive admission to all conference seminars, an opportunity to walk the PhotoPlus Expo from October 20 to 22, access to all keynote presentations, and entry to Test Drive, a networking event where you can experience new products on October 19, the evening before the Expo officially opens.

To sweeten the pot even more, Rangefinder is giving each winner a full year PHOTO+ Group Membership. You’ll get discounts on photo gear, contest entries, magazine subscriptions, equipment rentals and so much more.

Entering the giveaway is simple—just follow these three steps:

1. Like Rangefinder’s Facebook page. Note: Contestants who have already liked Rangefinder’s Facebook page are still eligible to enter by proceeding to step 2.

2. Click on the “PhotoPlus Expo Giveaway” tab and fill out the entry form. You’ll get an entry for filling out your email address and for following Rangefinder and PhotoPlus Expo on Twitter. Plus, you can receive additional entries for referring friends! (One additional entry will be granted for each referral, up to ten).

3. Check back on Rangefinder’s Facebook page every week for more giveaway announcements, as well as the latest news and stories covering the wedding and portrait photography industry!

You must Opt-in to the giveaway for a chance to win a PhotoPlus Expo Full Conference Pass and PhotoPlus Group membership, courtesy of Emerald Expositions. There is no purchase necessary to enter and fans of Rangefinder’s page are under no obligation to participate. Non-participation in the giveaway will still render complete access to all features of Rangefinder magazine’s page upon liking the page. Liking Rangefinder’s Facebook page will not increase your chances of winning since you must opt-in to the giveaway for a chance to win. The PhotoPlus Expo giveaway is open to entrants worldwide, however, winners are 100 percent responsible to book and pay for their own travel to the show in New York City. Tickets are transferrable, but cannot be redeemed or reimbursed for cash. Once you opt-in, you are automatically registered for a chance to win a Full Conference Pass to the 2016 PhotoPlus Expo and a full year membership to the PhotoPlus Group, valued at $599 USD and $149 USD, respectively, until the drawing concludes on October 18, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Winners are selected through an automated system that applies a unique code to each entrant and is not drawn by name, address or other uniquely identifiable aspect of an entrant. Winners will be notified by private email if they have won. Entrants grant the Sponsor (Emerald Expositions) express permission to send entrant emails related to the contest, and share email addresses with third-parties selected by the Sponsor. Once notified, winners are permitted (and encouraged) to announce that they have won. They may post news to their own social media outlets. Winners will have one day (24 hours) after notification to claim their prize(s) via email.
