Into the Woods [Rf Photo of the Day]

Tiarra Sorte had just finished up portraits with this big wedding crew and was heading back with them to rejoin the festivities when the Seattle-based photographer spotted this clearing in the woods, big enough for everyone to fit in the frame.

“I knew exactly what I wanted to do as soon as I saw this spot,” Sorte says. “I placed everyone in groupings, then planted myself across from them on a little higher ground. It was a dark, cloudy day, so I knew I needed to up my ISO, especially since I wanted to grab as much of the group as possible. My focus was on the couple as they were center and closest to me.”
